July 15, 2009 joined The Gym and started working with a trainer.

Blood sugar: 137  changed eating habits and worked out in The Gym 4 days a week.

Oct 19, 2009 signed up for Biggest Loser Program at The Gym.

Starting weight: 272   

BMI: 36.9

Nov 23, 2009 end date of Biggest Loser Program (lost 16.4 lbs in 6 weeks)

Weight: 255.6

BMI: 34.6

Blood sugar: in the 90's (morning and evening)

December 15, 2009 still working with a trainer once a week plus 3 additional days on his own. Goal is to lose 40 - 50 more pounds.
