Have you plateaued with your current program? Are you bored with your routine? Do you want to change your body? Our Rebuild Program is designed to kickstart your fitness journey.

These 30- to 45-minute sessions focus on muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and core support and strength. The workouts can be adjusted to accommodate your personal needs. This program is also ideal for Physical Aptitude Test preparation for police, firefighters, and military.

• Your first session is free. 
• Single classes are $10.
• For $99, you get unlimited sessions for 4 weeks. 

Plus, it includes Evolution Nutrition, which is a unique online nutrition program that is specifically tailored to help you reach your goals. This program focuses on balanced nutrition, portion control, and individualized meal plans. You can chat with coaches for support, advice, and answers to your questions.
You do not have to be a member of The Gym to benefit from the Rebuild Program. Non-members are welcome!
