The Gym is now offering Gravity Personal Training

This strength series facilitates a dynamic, fun and quick full workout adaptable to any fitness level. It’s personal training in a small group setting. These exciting strength classes heat up all major muscle groups for a total body workout. Each participant works at his/her chosen level of resistance, while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie of a group setting. The Gym will also offer Gravity Personal Training as a dedicated one-on-one training session. Train once, twice or three times a week. Your choice! Sessions are sold in packages of 10 at $18 per session.
